Magnesium Lotion was formulated primarily for my son. He is not a huge fan of creams, but said he would use a lotion if it went into the skin faster than a cream. As a growing boy, he needs as much magnesium as he can get, so I happily obliged him.
Why do we use Magnesium Lotion? Our family uses it nightly for sleep. It is incredible for helping the body calm down. If I have one of those 3 or 4 wake up moments during the wee early morning hours and can't fall back to sleep, I re-apply magnesium cream or lotion and fall right back into a sound sleep.

Ingredients: Magnesium, avocado oil, chamomile and lavender infused grapeseed oil, aloe vera, beeswax, emulsifying wax, lavender, chamomile, turmeric, witch hazel, distilled water, grapefruit seed.
